Begin with the capabilities the work requires
The developing direction is GMP Biomanufacturing Operations & Quality for organisations discussing operational and quality capability needs. Before defining a course, the learner roles, prior knowledge, work responsibilities and standards used by the organisation need to be established.
Define the scope together
- Observable learning outcomes, such as explaining a procedure, analysing a case or preparing records using authorised examples.
- Appropriate methods: practical instruction, workshops, cases or visits only where the venue and responsible parties have confirmed them.
- Assessment and evidence: learner work, criteria, feedback and the outcomes the organisation will follow up after learning.

Learning and certification are distinct
Course participation does not automatically certify a facility, product, individual or GMP compliance. Any assessment or certification requiring an authorised body must follow that body’s requirements and be separately identified in the agreement.
Interested organisations can share cohort size, work roles, goals and preferred timing to inform a proposal. An expression of interest is not a seat reservation.
