01 · Operator and scope

This website provides company, product, programme and article information and contact channels. These are draft website terms for review, with no effective date set. Purchases, programme applications and engagements require their own documents supplied before agreement.

02 · Information and updates

Specifications, dates, prices and benefits may vary by model or edition. Website information supports your review; check the latest proposal or announcement before deciding. Report inconsistencies so the company can investigate. Older website text does not replace terms already agreed.

03 · Enquiries and forms

Provide accurate information relevant to the enquiry. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or health information through a general enquiry. Opening an email draft or downloading an application does not submit it to the company; check the channel’s status and send from your email application when using that method.

04 · Quotations, orders and payment

An enquiry or quotation request is not an order. Confirm the contracting entity, items, models, quantities, price, taxes, delivery and relevant terms before agreement. This page does not collect payments or card details through its contact form. Verify payment instructions using official company documents or channels.

05 · Changes, cancellations and refunds

Review the specific terms supplied before purchase or application, together with applicable statutory rights. For a change or cancellation, provide the item, reference, date, reason and necessary evidence. The company must review the circumstances and communicate the outcome or further information needed. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or remove consumer rights.

06 · Programmes, learning and events

Admission, eligibility, selection, support, discounts, certificates and visits follow the relevant edition’s announcement. For minors, the organiser must communicate activity-appropriate guardian procedures. Venues and contributors are described according to their stated status; participation does not guarantee admission, employment or business results.

07 · Accounts and company systems

TIMS is for users with authorised accounts and permissions. A link from this website does not grant access to internal information. Do not use another person’s account or bypass access controls. Public member services that are not open will not ask you to set a password on this page.

08 · Content, images and intellectual property

Text, images, logos, software and work belong to their respective rights holders. Attribute sources and obtain permission where required; do not copy work and represent it as your own. Concept imagery does not establish that the people shown are TIIS staff or customers.

09 · Acceptable use

Do not use the website for deception, harassment, malware, unlawful collection of others’ information or disruption. The company may proportionately restrict use that affects security without removing lawful complaint channels or statutory rights.

11 · Responsibility and user rights
