Describe the products, services, technology or solutions sought, along with relevant markets and collaboration interests, to inform meeting selection.
Supplier
Prepare a clear company profile, product or service information, delivery capability and business proposition to communicate relevance to buyer needs.
After the meeting
Record agreed points, responsible contacts and next steps, then follow up within the programme framework and participation entitlement.
Use the programme website for current schedules and entitlements. Matchmaking creates opportunities for discussion; commercial outcomes depend on participants’ decisions and agreements.

Buyers should identify sourcing or partnership needs, relevant products/services, markets and decision timing. Suppliers should prepare capacity, delivery readiness, evidenced standards and an offer suited to their target market. Clear information supports meaningful matching.

From interest to meetings
- Submit company information and needs through the programme site, choosing the appropriate Buyer or Supplier role.
- The programme reviews completeness and fit and may request additional information before acceptance or allocating benefits.
- Confirm the terms and information permitted for presentation, then prepare a catalogue, indicative pricing and meeting questions.
- Review appointments with the programme team, attend as scheduled and record mutually agreed next steps.
What to take forward after a meeting
Useful outputs include clarified requirements, requested information or samples, a responsible contact and a follow-up date. A meeting and a purchase order are different outcomes: trade depends on each party’s due diligence and agreement.
Meeting targets are not guarantees of orders, investment or revenue. Acceptance and support benefits remain subject to programme conditions.
