To our customers, partners, colleagues and everyone getting to know TIIS,
I founded TIIS with the belief that knowledge and technology should give people more choices and opportunities. That belief connects our interests in learning, work and quality of life. Every product and program should be able to answer a straightforward question: how does it help the people who use it?
For me, an interactive display is about more than installation. We need to consider how a teacher can use it to design a lesson, how learners can participate and who will help when something goes wrong. Education programs and business connections deserve the same attention: preparation, the quality of the experience and what participants can put into practice afterwards.
I want TIIS to grow through sound working standards: listening carefully, explaining scope and costs, and following through on commitments. We should be clear about limitations and responsive when something needs improvement. Trust is built by practising these habits consistently.
Working with schools asks us to understand technology in the context of its users. In work such as SCEE, classroom readiness, teaching practice, teacher development and learner access all matter. Understanding each school’s circumstances helps us ask better questions and consider improvements suited to that setting.
For me, building a company with international standards starts with doing today’s work well: accurate information, honest communication, respect for personal data and thoughtful use of resources. I want our team to ask questions, offer different views and learn from evidence so that we make better decisions.
There is still much for us to improve. I believe healthy growth benefits the company, its customers, the people we work with and society together. We welcome your expectations and feedback as we work to make what we deliver more useful over time.
Thank you for being part of that journey.
