AT A GLANCE

Developing skills toward clear goals

K-XCEL Professional focuses on competency development and applying knowledge. Before joining, check the curriculum, intended learners, assessment method and documents issued by the program. The program name alone does not establish professional licensure or certification by another body.

K-XCEL Professional is a development pathway led by EICD. It starts with employer needs and combines preparation in Thailand with learning experiences at specialist organizations overseas.

Before the program

Define participants’ roles, starting competencies, development gaps and the workplace challenges they intend to address.

During the experience

Design learning and practice around workplace contexts, with specialists, criteria and deliverables defined within the confirmed scope.

After the program

Review learning and competency evidence, then identify what participants will communicate, try or develop further with their teams.

The initial GMP Biomanufacturing Operations & Quality curriculum remains in development. Training organizations, content, dates, fees and conditions will be published once confirmed.

K-XCEL Professional status

The curriculum and delivery arrangements are under development. This page does not accept enrollments or payments. The information below provides a starting point for discussing organizational needs.

Begin with the capabilities the work requires

The initial focus is GMP Biomanufacturing Operations & Quality, for organizations exploring skills in operations and quality. Before defining a course, we need to understand the learners’ roles, prior knowledge, responsibilities, and the standards their organization uses.

Define the scope together

  • Observable learning outcomes, such as explaining a procedure, analyzing a case or preparing records using authorized examples.
  • Appropriate methods: practical instruction, workshops, cases or visits only where the venue and responsible parties have confirmed them.
  • Assessment and evidence: learner work, criteria, feedback and the outcomes the organization will follow up after learning.

What must be confirmed before a cohort opens

ItemRequired detail
Academic scopeCurriculum, instructors, prerequisites, language and assessment
DeliveryVenue, cohort size, duration, coordinators and access restrictions
Commercial termsFees, inclusions/exclusions and change/cancellation terms
DeliverablesLearning materials, work outputs, participation recognition and follow-up plan

Learning and certification are distinct

Participation in a course does not, by itself, certify a facility, product, individual, or compliance with GMP. Any assessment or certification that requires an authorized body must follow that body’s requirements and be identified separately in the agreement.

Interested organizations can share cohort size, work roles, goals and preferred timing to inform a proposal. An expression of interest is not a seat reservation.
